i still like my GT&T phone, mainly for all the free services and grate deals they giving us now. i do agree though that GT&T would not have offer us these services if it wasn't for DIGICEL. so i am happy that DIGICEL is here, but for now i am sticking with GT&T.

i prefer Blue Power Now.get more x pect more is stress. especially topup section very slow.1 time it works&nxt time it dunt.only ting good wit digi is calls&promotions.nutin esle.most time wen i putin in top up it sends me to d devil.sometimes i have tek out d chit&put in my v 551 fone to get speed service b cuz the nokia 112 or wut eva it is,its very slow.anyways.i love gt&t dem bes network.strictly best.i will keep on suppotin u guys wid c point etc.i dunt like digi @ tall.digi giv customers a hard time to mash up my mind,dere have me suicidal suicidal lol.well thx to gt&t&staff...

I have both GT&T and Digicell phones but I love my GT&t number so I wouldn't ever switch totally to Digi. The service sometimes is absolutly great and at others its a f***ing retard!  My text msgs don't go, the blasted network is always busy...in the times when I need to make an urgent call...the network fails...or my call doesn't go thru! Its a source of frustration and constant fights!!!! How s**ky is that. Can't say much for the Digi phone cuz I don't use it unless GT&T platform 'crashes' which thank God is not very often. But inspite of the problems, I will stick to GT&T!
Its all abt the BLUE power!!!!!

Well Gt&T is our own… and for yrs our own, ripped us off, people just don’t want to accept the facts! For years we had per minute billing a whole $43 dollars or something like that! Considering how long GT&T has been offering us mobile service, they have in my opinion a freaking poor system! Called fail at 6pm sometimes… then network busy. Just a real freaking pain sometimes! I’m glad DIGICEL is here else our own would have still have their killer billing prices! I would be glad if some more companies came, better for us! I use GT&T and DIGICEL, and both of them are ok, but our own has a little edge for coverage! But they still have lots of room for improvement! Hopefully they step up with some big promotions and clean up Digicel for Christmas! or atleast try! But i'm blue power all the way.....

GT&T is by far the best network in Guyana, even thought it took some competition to get better rates and service. They have free internet and MMS, which with Digicel u have to pay for. GT&T rates are better, $20 per minute, compare to about $30 per minute with Digicel, text message with GT&T is $1 per text, Digicel $10 per minute. So anyone could see that GT&T is ironically the bigger, better network. And by the way I am a Digicel customer.
